The stage of the National Aboriginal Awards Show event of March 10, 2002. The stunning beauty of the stage, built by the Royal Winnipeg Ballet, provided a dazzling backdrop to the evening's gala event. Awards of recognition were given to Aboriginal people in Canada who have distinguished themselves in such diverse fields as business, medicine, politics, art, justice, and so forth. Ben's classical guitar playing was one of a variety of musical performances that entertained the audience throughout the evening.
